A. We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. Q. What method of payments does My Car Transport accept?
A. We accept, money orders, cashier's checks for minimum deposit and or full payment. If shipment is secured by deposit then COD (cash to driver) on delivery.

Q. Do I have to be present when we pick up or deliver your vehicle?
A. Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present upon pick up of your vehicle. An inspection is performed and a contract bill of lading must be signed. If you are not able to be there, please call our staff at +1 (847) 426-3104 and they will be happy to assist will alternate arrangements.
Q. How do I prepare my vehicle?
A. Please have a no more that 1/4 tank of fuel, remove all personal items from your vehicle, repair any chips and/or cracks in your windows and make sure your vehicle is prepared for changing weather conditions.
